We have an excellent delivery team that covers the whole of Kenya currently. We offer three delivery options to customers, which include same-day delivery, expedited 2-hour delivery, and next-day delivery.

Click and Collect - Pick up from Kileleshwa

Please await confirmation via call text or email notifying when your order is ready for collection. 

Do not come to the collect before confirmation to avoid delays. 

Nairobi Next-Day Delivery

Select the Nairobi Next Day Delivery option at checkout.  

Nairobi Same Day Delivery

Select Nairobi Same Day Delivery option at checkout. Any orders made after 1:00 pm may be delivered on the next day. For certain products, same-day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.

Nairobi Outskirts Same Day (Areas slightly outside Nairobi)

Select the Nairobi Outskirts Same Day option at checkout. Any orders made after 12:00 pm may be delivered on the next day. For certain products, same-day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.

Outside Nairobi - Next Day via Fargo/G4S Courier

Select Outside Nairobi - Next Day via Fargo/G4S Courier at checkout. 

To ensure you receive your order on the next day, please place your order by 1:00 pm. 

Our team will SMS/email you a tracking number so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier. 

Please note that Fargo/G4S Courier delivers items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from the town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices in the town.

Bulk orders will be delivered after consolidation is complete, usually 1-2 working days depending on the volume ordered.

Returns

Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt can be downloaded from the email address used when placing the order.

Damaged

We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We require a picture of the damaged item to be sent to WhatsApp message via 0798 499 985 or email at customer.care@wowbeverages.co.ke for our review. 

For products damaged during delivery, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection to file a claim with the courier service. Once we receive the package in our office, we will assess it and give feedback within 48 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank or MPESA account again. Then contact your bank or Safaricom, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a WhatsApp message via 0798 499 985 or email at customer.care@wowbeverages.co.ke

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
