Hailing from the D.O. Colchagua Valley, this exceptional wine showcases the region's unique terroir and careful craftsmanship with a deep ruby colour with violet hues.
The 2021-2022 season provided ideal growing conditions in the Colchagua Valley, with no frost events or major heat waves. This ensured the grapes reached optimal ripeness and quality.
Crafted meticulously, Reserve Carmenère 2022 undergoes a cold pre-fermentative maceration to extract the maximum aromas and flavours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Three pump-overs are carried out daily to ensure gentle extraction and maintain the wine's integrity.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. This ageing process imparts a complex and elegant character to the wine, balancing the fruit flavours with subtle oak notes.
Reserve Carmenère 2022 is a wine that invites you to explore its rich flavours and aromas. With its bold structure, velvety tannins, and lingering finish, it is a perfect companion for hearty dishes and memorable occasions.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with berries like redcurrants and cherries, mixed with notes that characterize the variety such as black pepper and grilled sweet peppers.
- Palate: Balanced and juicy, with fresh fruit and rounded tannins. Long finish.
- Serving Temperature: 15°C to 18°C

Outside Nairobi - Next Day via Fargo/G4S Courier

To ensure you receive your order on the next day, please place your order by 1:00 pm.
Our team will SMS/email you a tracking number so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier.
Please note that Fargo/G4S Courier delivers items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from the town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices in the town.
Bulk orders will be delivered after consolidation is complete, usually 1-2 working days depending on the volume ordered.
Returns & warranty
Returns
Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt can be downloaded from the email address used when placing the order.
Damaged
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We require a picture of the damaged item to be sent to WhatsApp message via 0798 499 985 or email at customer.care@wowbeverages.co.ke for our review.
For products damaged during delivery, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection to file a claim with the courier service. Once we receive the package in our office, we will assess it and give feedback within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank or MPESA account again. Then contact your bank or Safaricom, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a WhatsApp message via 0798 499 985 or email at customer.care@wowbeverages.co.ke
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
