1865 Syrah 750ml
This exceptional wine, sourced from the Cachapoal Valley, boasts a deep ruby colour with violet hues, a testament to the grapes' ripeness and complexity.
The 2020-2021 vintage was remarkable for its quality, thanks to favourable weather conditions and adequate water reserves. The grapes ripened more gradually than in previous years, resulting in well-balanced wines with good acidity, colour, and ageing potential.
Crafted with meticulous care, Syrah 2021 undergoes a cold maceration to extract the maximum aromas and flavours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Three pump-overs are carried out daily to ensure gentle extraction and maintain the wine's integrity.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, imparting a complex and elegant character. The oak ageing complements the wine's natural fruitiness, creating a harmonious blend of flavours.
Syrah 2021 is a wine that invites you to explore its rich flavours and aromas. With its bold structure, velvety tannins, and lingering finish, it is a perfect companion for hearty dishes and memorable occasions.
